Insurances currently contracted are United Healthcare, Humana, Cigna, Aetna, Banner Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Magellan, UMR, Tri Care West. Also contracted with Medicare and working with 

Medicare Advantage Plans. United Healthcare Community Plan is the only AHCCCS plan accepted.

 

Virtual appointments are available for all established patients.
